I really like your design and style, also those eyes are really cute. A few suggestions if I may say em would be making vanishing points of your background perspective farther away. I feel like the background has a fisheye effect that doesn't quite match the character if ya know what I mean. Tricky stuff all that is. That said I still think the character looks good, you could even just throw flat grey background and I would call that one nice character concept art. But yea I hope that was at least some of use and keep it up, this is really nice work
